We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To initiate a return or exchange:

When returning your order, you have the option to use the shipping method we provide. If you choose to return your item using a different method, please note that Abayaat by Lara is not responsible for the delivery if, for example, the package ends up in a mailbox. We recommend checking how your shipper delivers the package and using a traceable shipping method. Abayaat by Lara is not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier.

The cost and risk of return shipping are the customer's responsibility. This also applies if you wish to exchange an item. Make sure your return shipment is sufficiently stamped and properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within a few days.

If you wish to exchange an item, please clearly indicate this when you register your return. Specify which item you would like to receive instead of your original purchase. We will do our best to process your requested exchange as quickly as possible.

Ensure that returned items are in their original condition, with labels and packaging intact. Items that are worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
