RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you love your purchase from Abayaat by Lara. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all original tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, stains, washing, alterations or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted or may be subject to a reduction in the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Before returning an item, please contact us at info@abayaatbylara.com to notify us of your return and receive the applicable return instructions and return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning their order, unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect and applicable law requires otherwise.
Returns must be sent to our designated return address in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The full return address will be provided after you contact us regarding your return.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs and, where legally applicable, customs charges or other costs associated with their return.
EU/EEA Customers - Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period by contacting info@abayaatbylara.com.
After notifying us, you must return the goods within the period required by applicable consumer law.
For a valid withdrawal of the entire order, we will refund the purchase price and, where required by applicable law, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to our designated return address in Dubai, unless otherwise required by law.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund timing may depend on your payment provider.
Where statutory withdrawal rights apply, refunds will be processed within the time limits required by applicable law. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, where permitted by law.
Sale, Discounted & Pre-Order Items
Sale, discounted and pre-order items are subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
Where mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply, purchasing an item on sale, with a discount code or as a standard pre-order does not automatically remove those rights.
Items that are personalised, custom-made or made specifically to the customer's individual specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@abayaatbylara.com and include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like another size or item, please return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
