We hope you love your purchase from Abayaat by Lara. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please read our return policy carefully.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.
Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, stains, washing, alterations, or any other damage will not be accepted.
Before returning an item, you must contact us at info@abayaatbylara.com to request return authorization. Once your return request has been approved, you will receive the return instructions and return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All approved returns must be sent to our returns warehouse in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The full return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Abayaat by Lara is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments.
Any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees related to returning an item are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Pre-order items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
